- What forms of payment are accepted?
- If approved, terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. We accept checks, direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. If you wish to have your order payment processed through credit card, please indicate this on your order and provide your card details.
- I received the wrong product, what do I do?
- Please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt. If return is authorized, a prepaid shipping label will be sent. Once we have received the item, the correct item will be immediately shipped to you. In the event you request a refund rather than an item exchange, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- I received damaged product, what do I do?
- If your item arrives damaged, please document the evidence with photos, and note it on the carrier’s delivery documents. Contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim and request a Damage Claim Number as soon as possible. Have the shipping carrier pick up the item for return to Walter Products. Inform the Walter Products customer service department and provide us with all information and evidence of damages or defects (photos, delivery documents, damage claim number etc.). Please do not discard packaging or contents.
- Notifications of damaged goods after 14 days of receipt will be considered warranty issues and will be subject to the terms supplied in the individual items warranty information.
- How do I cancel my order?
- Please contact our customer service department immediately to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, shipping charges will apply, and a return authorization must be arranged. You must inform us of the order number and the name on the order.
- Pricing
- Pricing is in effect from Jan. 1st-Dec. 31st of each year. We reserve the right to correct pricing, specifications and typographical errors at any time. We will do our best to notify of any product or pricing discrepancies. Due to any unforeseen circumstances that may affect our manufacture prices such as an increase in raw material, transportation or natural disasters, our prices would change accordingly.
